I saw my ex yesterday for the first time in 18 months.......

Not in the flesh, but courtesy of an email from a dating agency, there she was a new member, looked really good.
Would you?
a) join with a spoof profile and send message
b) ring her and say hey liked the profile
c) report said profile as 'that's just simply not true'
or
d) email her with link to SH, saying much more fun to be had here?

Very wise words..... but easier to say than to do sometimes!
However sometimes it does give you the closure thats needed when you see the person again and have the stark contrast without the full emotional bond that comes with being full time emotionaly involved with someone.

It's sad but true, that after 18 months you have to accept it is over and by the sounds of things she HAS moved on to rebuild her life. What;s worse is that you also have to face facts and you too have to do the same.
Just reflect on the good things you did together and the fun you had, but you have to put it in the past as that's where it belongs.

Yep my opinion is the same never go back. I went back once it cost me another 3 years of my life more domestic apliences than I care to remember and a plasma tv.

I am not going to say what I would do, but no way would I do a or c.

hmmm, de'ju vu....
I have had a profile up on said dating site for months and while searching the new members a few days ago who's semi finished profile minus picture should I come across but..... yes, my ex's.
you might ask how I know it's hers - just trust me I know.....
A part of me is really happy that she is moving on but the other "devilish" side is seriosly toying with the idea of leading her on a wild goose chase
