Do what I do when I muck up my washing - buy a box of black dylon, dye the lot and if anybody (parents) ask why you've dyed your favourite white shirt, just tell them you'd been meaning to do it for ages :P

i managed to do this once whilst trying to do the 'placate mrs humpy' thing, it was only one item mind, but i tumble dryed it and then took it back to the laundry b asket and stuffed it up the sleeve of a coloured shirt......simply waited for mrs davej to put on a wash and then showed suitable surprise and compassion for her mistake ...........it's sneaky, but saves the grief

Its a fine idea, beautiful in its sneakyness, but alas i reckon id need about fourteen shirt sleeves to hide the amount of gear ive just ruinned confused

and that`d look a bit odd, fourteen riged shirt sleeves poking out the wash basket in all directions ! :?

Then comes the hard bit, get out your credit card and suggest that you both go up town on a shopping spree maybe having lunch at that restaurant she loves/always wanted to try. :rascal:
