have you tried photobucket? not used either for years so dont know what it is like now but worth a try if imageshack isnt working for you

Try deleting your cookies and history, also try going directly to your gallery by saving the direct URL, instead of logging in via the home page. I've never had a problem with it in the 5 years i've used it
