i dont know how people do it,, sitting in waiting for a delivery off the internet.
it is driving me mad. i never tend to order off the internet as im at work all day so never home to take delivery.
i decided to order my daugher a new mobile for christmas and was told next day delivery with royal mail.
its almost 3pm ffs when does the day end? what time should it be here by? if it gets to 5pm shouldi give up as its no longer day and its next day delivery not next evening? arrghhhhh
god i have realised one of my bad habits/ traits is being impatient.
what are your bad habits/traits?

When patience was given out I was definitely skiving that day!
I have none whatsoever :giggle:
fem4 .........i am a courier // give me the job its as if deliverd by yourself , they should have contacted you very very early to state a time of delivery ......what happend to service and civility in the uk certainly not with my company .

one thing i hope the credit crunch brings is better service from companies.
sadely on this occassion its being sent to me, so i have no control over who they used.
i am getting tired of royal mail to be honest, well the local postie to be exact, every day i get post that is not for me. i end up delivering it myself.
and i have had loads of post go missing, obviousely my neighbours dont return the favour and at times its been gift vouchers, birthday cards etc.
im dreading that this parcel has gone else where and the gready barstard has decided again to just keep it.
why cant the post office get the right address ffs?
by the way it still hasnt turned up.

Huh ..... note the "Love ya really DG"
but nothing for me
Where did that pineapple go? I'v found a new place for it .... it can replace "my" broomstick!
DG can you be pedantic instead of anal please.
Imaginations can only take so much firing.
.
hey my delivery turned up, thats the longest 24 hours ive ever experienced, ive lost a whole day and i wasnt even drunk.

I wouldn't trust the post office with anything important. 40% of some promotional material I sent out once wasn't delivered.
I suppose if you're buying something over the net you don't have much say in how it's sent to you. Glad it's arrived for you .
My bad habit : 2nd hand books. I live too near Hay on Wye! Spend far too much time and money there.
hope it arrives fire,
its horrible waiting, took me back to being 14 and looking out of the window hoping the boyfriend would turn up as promised, i bet he went to work for royal mail, he never did deliver lol
i loooovvveeee book shops. i could easy spend a whole day in one. wanted to be a librarian as a child.
