No problem with anyone who doesn`t eat meat,whether because they dont like it,or they dont like the way it`s produced,must admit that i`m not at all happy myself especially with poultry and pork production,but we can all do a little by buying free range and ethically produced meat,though it does cost us more,but,and it`s a big but,if you take the animal activist`s argument that we shouldn`t eat meat,or exploit animals in any way,and that would somehow be better for the animals,do they think the farmers could just turn them loose to go feral and eat all the vegie crops we need to grow ? no they would all be killed anyway and we`d have a bleak countryside like after the foot and mouth a few years ago. i think we just need to give the best of care during life,with a quick humane end,close to where they were reared
