The quoted part of the AUP appears under the heading 'Photos' which precedes the heading 'PhotoAds' - No part of the currently published AUP page makes reference to 'Profiles'
If the thread were to be taken at face value we would see a publicly admitted posting of a pic of a third party apparently condoned/accepted by a mod's contribution to the thread (which btw I hadn't taken at face value as it is obviously a private/in-joke amongst some).
Clarity and transparency of rules and their application lead to less confusion about posting guidelines from newer members.

I used the term profiles as a general round up of what pictures are used for onsite. That was my fault for not saying profile, photos ads, gallery, including the private gallery or avatars.

The picture you are talking about was not accepted through the system but it was accepted by me as a joke knowing both parties concerned. Next time I'll make sure that I also post to say that all parties have given consent to a picture to be posted and that the person is a member before I have a laugh at Try2 sleeping :thumbup:
