Reading previous topics there have been several which mentioned a police presence
in one form or another.
If the couple are happy for me to watch/participate, is there a problem?
Please could somebody solve my confusion as to whether dogging is legal or not!
And what ,if any charges could be brought.

Hi Ace......I'm fairly sure that Dogging isn't illegal as long as all parties are consenting and no one makes a nuisance of themselves.....but I could be wrong....

Dogging is not illegal per se, but having sex in public can be if you break the following law:

Voyeurism (see Section 67 of the same Act) is also illegal if the people you are watching do not consent.
Not strictly dogging, but having sex in any public loo is now illegal.
