does anyone else think its getting ridiculous the amount of profiles on here now without pictures?
It gets really frustrating in the chatroom, looking at someones profile and seeing no pics no text and no adverts. Its probably been mentioned beore but its really starting to get up my nose! mad

its must be a ratio of 1:10 that do have pictures or text.
. Yes I know we can search the photo adds, and we do that, but if we are speaking to them its nice to get an idea!!
I know nothing can happen but I just wanted to sound off a bit.

It amazes me the amount of men in the chat room who are seeking women or couples but have no profile and no photos. Perhaps they don't really want to meet anyone. smile

Like in real life a lot of people will choose for whatever reason to hide behind anonymity....
Those who have partners & doing the dirty
There will even be those who are well known in the public eye!
& quite frankly those low lifes who will always seek to abuse others in the chat rooms in some way or another!
But for whatever reason an individual decides,
we will never know dunno

Very true.. I've also realised since joining in, in chat that a lot of people there don't actually read profiles now before they comment or whisper, asking for a meet etc?
How do I know?
Well, as a gay couple, we have a pink and blue icon (no giggling at the back please) ;), the same at straight couples and female couples, and our profile is pretty descriptive.. likes, dislikes, face pics etc. However, I'm amazed when I go on cam how many people (guys especially) ask 'is the missus' there? FFS rolleyes

They seem to respond in the same way as Pavlov's dogs did to a bell, to a couple or female icon as soon as they see it appear! confused

It used to be funny - one guy was asking for addresses in whisper a few weeks back and was practically on his way before I asked if he'd actually read our profile - boy was he in fora BIG surprise.... we were almost tempted to let him show up :twisted:
However, it's now getting just plain boring... :?

Given the amount of people on this site, I can understand if people don't choose to make pictures available to everyone and anyone.
It may be frustrating that you can't look at pics when chatting, but at the end of the day it's their choice.

And yes, it is annoying when people contact you but have sweet F.A in their profile!

hiya we get a bit anoyed when people wink at us or say take a look at our profile and then you have a look and think WTF theres nothing there, but a few months ago we took a risk and met a couple who didnt have any pics on and they were great she was stunning and also great fun, we like to meet them when we get chance so dont always dismiss people just cos they got no pics smile

RPM, you're not suggesting, for one minute, that those who choose to maintain some kind of anonymity should be lumped into the limited number of categories you gave there, are ya? confused

people choose to leave their profiles blank, and choose not to post pics, for any number of reasons. not all should be viewed with suspicion by a long chalk!

I know when the site first changed over and all the females were inundated with crappy one liners a lot changed their profile details and took their photos down.
Then when Spam wink messages were introduced many deleted their details.
To take me out of people's searches I changed my profile to show me as living in the Outer Hebrides. I don't think that means I'm not genuine, it just means I don't like spam.
And I wasn't all that surprised when I did a "miles from me" search earlier today that I'm not the only female hiding out in the Scottish Isles. lol

if someones profile doesn't have pics it don't bother us, as we have NO hang ups whatsoever,and will meet anyone socially at first, however what does p*ss us off is someone with no picks then asking us with 9 pics on our profile send us some more pics.

What do you think on the idea then of creating a symbol for gay male couples,maybe two male symbols in another colour other than blue.....just a thought.....and sorting one out for gay female couples...........

I know how bloke feels cos we are a lesbian couple and in chat we come up as a blue and a pink although we get enough unwanted attention as we are the woman biggrin

. I sent a support ticket in and they have said that when the new chat is launched that this will be taken care of so bring on the new chat already :P .
Until then, one of us had better dig out the lippy and the other one will have to start shopping at Burtons, not looking forward to flipping a coin for this one lol

It's hardly surprising that people wish to have no standing record (i.e. in their profile) with some of the behaviour in the chatrooms.
I was there this morning and in one room there were two women on cam. Nothing too strong but a saucy bit of fun.
The room title said no directing but the questions from some of the morons were so obvious that it was tantamount to directing. One woman said 'Look guys I'll show you what I want when I want' and shut down the cam. Then the entire baying testerone laced pack turned to the other woman. Within seconds her cam was off too. If that's really all they're after why don't they shoot off to some porn, and then when they've got their hormones under control go into the chatroom fer some fun dunno

Maybe I'm getting old!!

Do people who like pictures and info being posted think that the information is useful to eliminate some or is it a question of trust that if you are going to swing that you should at least be polite enough to post an introduction.

We no longer post pictures because we have been let down so many times. We seem to be getting on so well, giving our phone number so we can chat to prove we are genuine and not time wasters. While we are not Venus and Adonis we are not Quasimodo either. Recently when we have sent pics we have been just dropped without a "no thank you" or anything. All we want is some recreational sex. Is that too much to ask?

Yep the amount of men that whisper me... bless 'em! I just ask them politely to read my profile but if they persist I can get annoyed.
