Yes I have seen girls with problems being hard boobs or out of shape even.
But I believe you get what you pay for as In my case I paid a Grand more than the
average price of Implants.
Had top Surgeon < there are a lot of butchers out there> and the best Implants as
there are various companies that supply the implants.
Mine look great and feel natural and soft no pain or problems after the opp
and that was three years ago.
So any females thinking about implants go for it and its great to go shopping
and buy Clothes that show off your new chest.
nipple enlargement??? now that would be interesting! i think if mine were any bigger than they are they'd be larger than most breats. i'm sure when they were handing out nipples i went up a few too many times! lol
I want bigger nipples, can you have that done?

i had my boobs uplifted nearly 4 weeks ago and wow they look great well will do when the scars are clear mmmmmm.
i had an uplift with a reduction my boobs were 40 gg
and now are a very nice 38 dd very pert and no need for the scaffolding hehehe
i recomend the surgery the pain no but wow am i pleased with them .
rwent to a party this weekend were weare regulars and the attention was fantastic as they saw the before and after .
not sure what implants feel like
but my hubby says mine are 100% pure beef lol

... some boob jobs do look really good and I guess it depends on the surgeon, cost etc etc ... but I prefer the feel of natural ones myself :bounce:
