There are actually 2 types of what is called female ejaculate. The first, and most well known, comes from the vaginal walls - it's basically an overflow of sorts of the natural lubricants the vag produces. When people refer to cumming, this is what they typically refer to. The fluid is milky, pretty thick, and usually only a small amount is produced. What I have read so far, seams to suggest there is very little medical support for squirting being seperate from urine. Another question is, does it matter if it is pee.
