Hi all,
Could anybody tell me if UTOPIA club in the midlands is worth a visit confused

Somebody told me last week that it was closed and boarded up.
Then on Saturday I heard it was just undergoing a change of management.
I'd be interested to know though - I'd heard some very good things about the place.

I could be persuaded to take detour and drive past it on my way home if anyone is interested in its current status.

i've been a couple of times, first time i went i really didnt like it so i went again just to make sure i was giving it a fair chance, never been back confused

Well I can confirm that it is indeed open .
It was obviously popular with one very nice couple who were waiting for the gates to open when I pulled up this afternoon. biggrin

when it first opened it was great, it was actually my fave club. each time it changed hands it seemd to go down hill a little bit more.

We haven't been in a year, so can't comment on current ownership but we quite liked it when we went last.
