Kestrel Hydro - Ab Fab's daytime spa
I visited Wed about 3pm really to just find out where it was.
Two couples were there - One couple arrived as I was in the car park, Lovely slim blonde in her 30's. I knocked on the door and was met by a very pleasant lady who explained the rules and joining details.
I didn't really have time to stay, shame. I think I will join in the near future but I would rather arrive with a lady or couple as I am a bit shy and I don't want to find myself sitting on my own.
I don't want to just get wet in the pool - would rather have some exercise of one kind or another.
I would welcome comments from those who have been - Does swining happen during the day ? Or anyone who would like to show me the ropes.
