Went to La Chambre for the first time on saturday..........have to say was a bit disappointed with it, felt like we were in a cattle market! kept getting grabbed by couples trying to drag me upstairs talk about being covered in bruises!! Has anyone else had the same experience? Don't think we would go again too bloody scarey!!!

It has always had a good reputation as a club, and there have been some fabulous reviews on here. It does not sound like your experience is the norm and dragging and grabbing sounds like grounds for a complaint to the management, I am sure they would not allow anyone to be grabbed and dragged.
Why not contact them and see how they respond.

sorry to hear you've had a bad experience, certainly complain to the management, they're lovely and would be horrified that you had an experience like that in their club.
Usually you will find the situation is quite the opposite, many peeps complaining that it can be quite 'clicky', all lot of people arrange meets therefore not looking for anyone else.
As poohbear says, its a lovely club and some people travel hundreds of miles to visit

We are very regular club goers and have visited at least 15 different clubs including LaChambre. We have never witnessed any sort of grabbing anywhere. Some couples (and singles) can be nuisances in their attempts to 'pull' but we have never seen any physical pulling at any club. That sort of behaviour should have been reported to the management and it would have been dealt with.
Beginning to think we went on the wrong day must have been a full moon or something. Never thought of complaining, did not like too being a newbie just thought it was the norm! have been to 101 and loved it there was so relaxed just thought La Cham was a bit over powering! Might try it again........................one day

If you are not happy with something just tell the people to get lost that are bugging you and if that dosnt work you MUST take it to the management and they should throw them out st8 let one bad time spoil you from having lots of fun though,sometimes these things happen as there is sometimes always one pratt that spoils it for everyone else,( thats just life i suspose ).We go to Infusion ( new club ) check it out on the clubs and parties page.

I had a bad experience the last time I visited L.C. It was on a Friday night and the single guys followed my friend and I all night.
I must say most of the guys were respectful but a few blatently flaunted the rules. One guy thought that it "was his right" to touch me because I was naked in the pool. Later on in the evening I was standing outside a room watching a couple, and from nowhere, there were hands all over me starting to fondle me. I decided to leave the club when a guy nearly dragged me off into a room because it was his birthday and he wanted a shag, and he didnt want to waste a condom!!.
I dont think I would visit LC again apart from with my partner.
