Being a bloke I can only hazard a guess based on my own experiance with my ears, which have definately got larger with age and have definately flapped more since buying a convertible car and leaving the roof off. Following that through, I guess the answer is live with the fact that some things get larger with age and that buying a standard saloon will make the problem less visible

Well I am probably one of the people who doesn't have a labia minora due as I was born in a country where baby girls have these bits ermm, minimised, along with the clitoral hood.
