,,,,,
I'm having a lunch break and had some bad news today, so the work is on hold right now.
I know I'm probably coming in a bit late on this thread, but I think (ok, I know!) just where Ice is coming from in this......
There does seem to be an element of double standards.
If a male approaches a female in the same way and she says she is busy (said with consideration, tact and diplomacy of course), people would not think anything of it - in fact if the man subsequently complained about the rejection - everyone would defend the females right to say no.
Surely we, as females, should afford the same rights to a male being approached by a female. Just beacuse we are female we should alse be quite prepared to accept that a man may be busy, or may not even want to meet up WITHOUT licking up a song and dance and touting for sympathy. After all that is what we keep telling the men to do!
I know some may dissagree with me and even berate me for my views.
But let's face it girls we have been asking for equality for decades. So we should expect to be treated the same way we treat others - whatever the gender!
Who is going to want Ice now he is completely *ucked though?
