Its got to be the left. For some reason i cant sleep with Daz on my left, it really irritates me and i spend the whole night panicking about falling out of bed!! maybe its cos i'm left handed................

I sleep right in the middle as I dont share my bed sad

When I am lucky and I do then I sleep on the left or the opposite side to my partner smile

Since I split up with hubby almost 3 years ago I STILL sleep on the left even though I usually have the king sized bed all to myself. No idea why but I just cant seem to sleep in the middle dunno

There have been a couple of occasions when I've shared my bed and somehow ended up on the right but I just don't get a good night's sleep.
(Mind you, it doesn't matter which side my partner sleeps on, they don't get much sleep anyway - and not for the reasons you're all thinking either lol

)

well its only been since last friday but ive reclaimed all the bed to myself overnight no problems there spread ealed on a king size its bloody great , well except this morning when i woke up to my rather over friendly dog asleep on my head that is,

Typical marital bed in our house.
I have the right side and Steve has the left.
There was a time when we used to shag and just fall asleep in each others arms wherever we ended up after,but that was in the good old days lol :shock:

This might be a new twist. See if you get it.
The only imoprtant thing for me is that my head is not lower than my feet. The problem is I always sleep with my head at the nearside.
The bunk isn't really wide enough to choose sides. Although a couple of years ago when I had an FH, I had the company of C for 3months. That was something else :twisted: :twisted:

Sometimes we just can't get comfy so move our pillows to the other end and it seems to work....then after a few days move back again confused

but when I am working away from home and staying in hotels I have all the bed to myself GREAT

I used to have a workmate, also a tramper, who would go to bed with his wife; do his "duties" then either kick her out or get out himself into the spare single bed when he got home on Friday. He'd been tramping about 15 years at the time and told me he just couldn't settle with anybody in bed with him.
You see the sacrifices we make to make sure you have your tins of beans in the supermarkets and your pretty frocks in the shops??? rolleyes

I also stay in a hotel from monday to friday because of work and have done for the last three years, only sleeping at home at the weekends and I must admit that I sleep much better in the week when I have a hotel bed to myself. Mrs davej also finds she sleeps better through the week when she can sleep across the bed.

You have a valid point misschief, however I have assumed that the bed is being viewed from its foot, the problem with vieweing it from its head would be the neighbours objection to me going round there and cutting a hole in the wall.
If we are laying in it then its the opposite hand which now makes this a more complicated mater
