Jane and I have an apartment booked for a short stay in London...With Valentines day approaching I thought I'd surprise Jane with some new lingerie... we've had baby dolls, basques etc... thought I might order a 1/4 cup bra set... Jane is big up top... 38F..
..so my question is: From the site I've visited the advertised sets come in sizes such as L, XL, XXL etc...er etc isn't a size... would XL be the closest to 38F?
All advice from our lady members welcome.

Usually websites produce some sort of sizing guide (usually aimed at men). Have you had a good root around to see if they have one?
I asked Cubette but she hasn't got a clue. If no other women come to the rescue then I guess the best bet would be to contact the web site and ask them.
Good luck, and have a very happy Valentine's day.
The perils of quarter cup bras are manyfold!
Mrs J is a healthy 34F, as measured by a specialist bra shop. I recently bought her one of the formentioned bras, and discovered two issues:
1.) The usual type of quality bra she wears is about 10 times better constructed than a 'quality' 1/4 cup. The back was made of 'loose' elastic with too much give in it, the straps were rather thin, and generally the construction was poor, although the high cantilever forces on it would actually require a higher standard of design and manufacture than a main stream bra.
2.) Bigger boobs are heavier, and unless the lady is blessed with sefl-supporting pert jobbies, she will find that the weight of the boob will bear down on the cup, and cause it to crinkle where it meets the underwires, and eventually collapse, thus offering no support at all
In essence then, QC bras are for wearing 10 minutes before getting down to serious fun. Thay are not designed for wearing as normal wear (I would even go so far as to say' not designed, full stop'!)
