well how do i say this? redface
ive always had these very little white spot things on the under bit of my bell end!
what the hell are they? ive had em for as long as i can remember,
anyone inform me about what it might be?
i had them too mate in my teens, they seemed to have disappeared a couple of years ago (i'm 27 now). I asked an ex girlfriend about em once, she said a few of her partners had 'em too, so hopefully you have the same as what I had. If in any doubt though have a word with your GP. He/She must see lots of more embarrassing probs than yrs, it might put yr mind at ease too.
read somewheer they are nothing to worry about,
just wanna know what they are!
confused

They're a natural part of a penis. They're absolutely NOTHING to worry about.

Sure you're not an alien??

Little white spots at the top of your shaft = not alien
Little green spikes at the top of your shaft = probably alien
I was told that its just asign of growing up, and that its do to sweating, they will go away, its nothing, to worry about,
Just wait untill you have spotted dick with custard

they are likely sporidium septetubules, a non agressive bacterial fungeii and are relatively common and harmless(most of us have them although for the majority they are invisible), generally caused by entrapment of alkalines, within common soaps, that lie beneath the penis skin and show themselves as small white spots where the skin is more sensitive, although if you've had it for a number of years that would be uncommon as it tends to clear itself.
There is a simple test that you can do at home to establish this, by submerging your penis in a glass of coke which is slightly acidic. If the spots give of a very slight fizz then it's odds on that they are sporidium septetubules and are easily curable by useing a soap with a low PHD value. You can also get a kit from DIY stores and garden centres, that test for acidity and alkalinity, in soils, which are simple strips that change colour and are very sensitive and therefore reliable for under five pounds. Our garden centre actually does this as a free service if we take a soil sample to them, however in this instance I think that a purchased kit might be more discreet.
In any case if it concerns you at all, then a trip to the doctor is always the wisest move, but at least a quick home test will give you a clue and something to tell the doc.
