:rotflmao: Could I just add how nice it was to meet you all for the first time last night. I ended up getting away in time to get home before the busses stopped, and enjoyed my time out very much. I was, in fact, a lot more sober than I expected to be on the way out of the flat in the afternoon.
The name of the noodle bar nobody could remember last night is Wagamama - just in case anyone gives a shit!

Lovely to meet some new faces - some I didn't really get time to speak to (hopefully next time) - Tabbi we didn't get time to chat but I'll never look at your avatar the same again.
And RT you remind me so much of an old friend from this site (which I can assure you is a good thing!) hopefully we'll catch up again soon.

Didn't know how to react when the Landlord accused me of not going to the bar all night!! I suppose I should be flattered that he had his eye on me - but I suddenly felt a bit guilty as I was rather comfy on my couch. Thanks Bernie for organising this laid back event. Still don't know how we didn't meed at Leicester. It was a very pleasant day / evening in London to make up for it though.
I had intended to pop my head round the door for only an hour or two. Seven-and-a half hours later I was looking for my lids (I remain an optimist).
It was a relief to find that the tooth fairy hadn't nicked Celticq's ring. I'm sure this could be phrased more clearly but I think you know what I mean.

have to buy a Harley too !!!

Tried opening the door to the train and it wouldn't people inside tried opening it and it wouldn't :x Next thing it starts moving and off it went into the sunset, or would've been the sunset had it not been midnight :undecided:
Then followed the earache about how I shoulda run faster :shock: Run faster!!!!!!!!!! Run faster he said!!!!!!!!! I was in heels, had been drinking for the past 9 hours, a stomach full of nachos and bluddy great boobs to contend with - and was told off for not being more like Sally Gunnel!! :smackbottom:
Got off the train, with what I was told a 2 mile walk ahead of us - well if yer 6ft2 it might've been 2 miles - I'm considerably shorter, and it was a darn site more than 2 miles matey :shock:
Then after asking for the 392nd time if we're nearly there/halfway/quarterway/fifthway I chose to grab the moment for a nice romantic stroll and forget we were on a hike 8-)
