Looking for advice please re the rules of camming?

Dear all,
I seem to be having some problems with the camming rules so i am now throwing myself on your mercy.
my account was originally for a single male, mainly as the wife wasnt yet into this at all?
I have in fact amended (some time ago) my profile which states I am part of a couple

Now, does this mean that if i go on cam I cannot have anyone else on cam with me at all at any time?
Im confused as this seems to be how some people are interpreting this but others do not. In fact i know of one other user who had someone else on cam and the moderator / op didnt pull them up on it and said hello to them.
So, any rational input is much appreciated as i have a feeling that i am not alone in this situation and it seems unfair for there to be such a potential grey area which is enforced by some but not others sad

click on my account that IS a couples account and you will see the differance, it has a little girly symbol on it. Yours just says you are part of one not that she is an active user of the site. and my advice is let it drop wink

Your profile STILL says you are a single man!!...... You will have to speak to admin about getting it changed...

Although YOU have ammended the text the account has not been upgraded to a couple status.
To have it upgraded to a couple's account you need to pay a small administration fee. Not sure exactley how you go about it but I'm sure others who have done this recently will be able to advise further.

no my profile states in english "couple"
to be fair I still think that there is an issue re the "others on cam issue"
I still cannot see what the problem is?
nor where the rules state this is a breach, i keep asking, no one seems to be able to provide me with this information quite clearly

Have you already paid the admin fee to have it upgraded?
If you have then there may be a glitch which you will have to conract admin about. In the meantime just don't try to use the account as a couple.

NO your profile states single it says your status is couple but it is a single males account......it doesn't name your partner like ours/mine does rolleyes

You must have the correct status on your account eg, fem, male, or couple
You do need to upgrade your account to a couples account in order to comply with this rule
Have to say though the rules on having other people on your cam are a little ambiguous
You should only display yourself, if you have someone else on the cam they should consent to these rules, if you show someone else on cam and they have not consented to these rules your account may be deactivated.
Anyway... my advice to everyone
make sure you have thoroughly read the T&C's from above and the AUP http://www.swingingheaven.co.uk/main/aup.html before using the site

You must submit a support ticket to admin and they will do what is needed and you must also include info about your partner in the profile.

Errr no its so others can see whether A) You are in a relationship and playing alone or B) In a relationship and you both play.
Why is that so hard to understand?

Right - for the last time - don't start a new thread about a locked thread!!! I'm going to lock this one again and if you start another about this, it will be the last thread you start - got it??
And for everyone else who thinks we will lock it quicker because you mention a certain german or start a countdown, we wont. WE decide what needs locking, not you.
