There are not many strictly lesbian bars in the smoke anymore but you could get her to try places such as the Candy Bar in Soho, it's members only tis free to join (or at least it was, you might want to check), Friday night used to be the best night, fabarooney fun indeed
If she wants something a little less in your face try the Friendly Society also in soho without googling it I cant quite remember the road but its just round the corner from Gerrys wines and spirits on Old Compton street...I think it's Wardour St, It's different but the ambience is good.
I'm assuming you've already googled. I,m not often in london nowadays, but there used to be a bar in red lion street which i was told was girls only, but i can't confirm. It's likely that the gay clubs are going to be frequented by girls as well as guys, that's certainly true here in Brighton. No need to spend much time searching for gay or bi women here, and i often frequent a gay girl bar myself. The bulk of the crowd does tend to be on the younger side mind you, but these girls can be very promiscuous.

Abfabs near Heathrow do bi-sexual night on Mondays, but it would be both men and women enjoying themselves with the same sex. I find it a turnon to see two women kissing and fondling each other.
