I've found that someone can look absolutely stunning, until you realise what a bitch they actually are. Once you know they have no personality they start looking very very plain.
But it goes the other way too. I used to work with this girl who I nicknamed A4 when she started (face as featureless as a blank sheet of A4) but she was a really really nice girl, by the time she left a few weeks later I sorta had an eye on her.
