We went a couple of weeks ago with another couple from here and I was so very impressed by the place. We couldn't book a room as it was too short notice.
It wasn't the place or facilities that impressed me as much as the level of service.

The staff were nothing but polite, courteous and well mannered. But you could have knocked me down with a feather when a member of staff came round collecting glasses and the like - she didn't empty the ashtray; she took it away and replaced it with a clean one.
I'm not known for being easily impressed, particularly in the area of "customer services" but Liberation is very high on my list of good places to be.
