Now thats a good one, personally i would regard it as rather dubious spam and bin it, hopefully your guy will do the same, if you do get the dreaded call claim your machine had a virus, appologise profusely, sound realy embarrased ( thats prob not going to be too difficult !) play on his chivalry and thank him for deleting it.
Bet you dont ever make that mistake again tho and in years to come when you decide to shock your grandkids it may come in handy ! ( "gran what was email tho ?")
