Not only do I get emails telling me I can have a penis extension :shock: :shock:
Easy ways to remove nasal and ear hair confused

Tonight I got an email which read as follows
Vicky : eliminate baldness in 30 secs :shock:
Is it just me or do other fems get annoyed after a while ?

I know what you mean. I have to watch the kids email like a hawk. Strangely though I never ever get spam emails...... nobody loves me :cry:

Theres a program (as a boring IT chappy), that is FREE & works... put spampal into google, and download it.
It's a bit of a bugger (oh er missus) to setup, but it works great!

Theres three main ways of your email address to be spammed.
1. Spam bots scans sites looking for email address' then adds them to their mailing list, so your email address probably isn't shown/mentioned on sites accros the net as much as your kids.
2. Signing up yourself to mailing lists can inadvertantly pass your address onto other mailing lists.
3. A lot of spam bots will just randomly send spam to an infinte number of random email address variations to see if they're active (in that the email doesn't bounce back etc), if they are active, then, well that persons address will be sent to countless number and mailing lists...
Worst thing is with all this, dont be fooled by a message thats normally shown at the bottom of the mail like "Click here to Unsubscribe" or something like that. For spam mail if you click this it'll most likely alert the spam bots saying that your address is active...
So easiest way to stop spam? limit where you use your email address, use popup spam blockers - most antivirus/firewall/popup blockers now handle this, and dont be fooled into clicking "unsubscribe" buttons from dodgy emails!
Jesus, did i really write all that?! I was never one for short messages me!
Anyway, hope this enlightens the people to the nasty-ness that is spamming....

Could I just say ms_naughty that comments like this keep my oh-so fragile self-esteem issues under some sort of control. The warm glow of a little self-confidence is a wonderous thing and being reminded that there are ladies around with this opinion is very reassuring.
