I apologise to anyone that I might have offended by doing the ‘smile & nod’ thing, especially if it was inappropriate but as someone with damaged hearing, even when people where an inch from my ear and screaming at the top of their lungs, I’m sorry, but I just couldn’t hear you. So if you said something like “my poor little kitten was hit by a 760 roadtrain last week” and I gave you that silly smile and did the Churchill nodding dog thing, I am so sorry :sad: it’s a burden ………….
