I have two ladies I've coached in running.
They will be staying with me over the weekend as the Red start is only a mile & a half away it makes sense...
Don't worry I've already warmed one of them up :twisted:

Well, all I can say is been there, ran it, got the hernia...... Not nice..... Rather stick to 26 hours of shagging marathon now.... More fun, but then again, if I had two's running infront of me wearing no knickers I'd be there in a shot.
