What is the facination/obsession men have for womens undies?
I happened to wear a very frilly brightly coloured thong under a pair of low rise jeans to work yesterday and my two work mates were captivated for the day and I received numerous wedgies (ouch) mad

This prompted many stories on the subject of undies.- One kitchen company demanded 1 pair of knix to be seized from every house they worked on to be trophied on the workshop wall. It seems many trades men make a bee line for the laundry basket to sniff out a smelly pair once the lady of the house has gone out.
I heard of one guy who was caught cross dressed in a house he was working at and was sacked
Also when Im in a chatroom one of the first questions is what am i wearing or if they can see me in a bra they HAVE to know am i wearing a matching set and is it a thong.
I love frillies but only to a point. Why the obssesion guys?

I have no fixation on underwear , or anyother ware come to that. The person inside attracts me.
That said, I do notice how ladies are dressed. most noticeably when it reflects their personality.

It's not a fascination for me either (unless they're in the process of being slid down!)
That said, I am a sucker visually for PVC/leather, so whether that comes from the same stable or not, I'm not sure. cool

It's not just men that are interested in womens lingerie - looking at that is. lol

However, even though it's a big turn on for me it would certainly never occur to ask a woman what she's wearing. I prefer to find out via more tradiotional methods.

Now, a slightly see through look where the content is leaving a little to the imagination is by far sexier, with a nice pair of hold ups, matching underwear and seeing the guy discreetly looking at your thighs .. ok I'm off now .. bolt

in a chat room isn't it natural to get to know the person and what they are wearing is an aspect of that. I also think som may think you have to ask this question it is etiquette or expected. I tey to be more original but not lways successful.
It is generally thought that men are very visual, i certanly like to get a picture in my mind.
I actually think men can be fixated by many things, mini skirts, jeans , boots and i guess the nearer you get to being undressed the more men will become interested.
nb as for workmen you are right i came back to find the decorators with a pair of my partners panties, but not too worry they were only usuing them as dust sheets. rolleyes

I would disagree with you on the below the thong bit because not all of us are pencil thin.... however, I totally agree with you on the over the trousers milarky as no matter what size a person is they should dress accordingly and that means not squeezing into too small clothing, not nice!
I think a pair of really nice french knickers can look sexier than a thong wedged up one's butt! :shock: wink

ahhh... As we both adore seeing women in lingerie, we both agree its like being given a present..
if it is wrapped up, you can feel and squeeze (gently of course!) letting your mind run riot thinking about what lays under the paper and getting all excited about it..as you slowly start peeling the paper away
(bloody hell.. waxing lyrical here - sorry guys!)
Unwrapped, the mystery has evaporated and the present which will still be lovely, is already seen - hence not quite so erotic
Our real gripe is that there is so much available for the ladies to look fantastic and enticing - and so little for the guys!! Yes we both know that the female form is far more pleasing to the eye.. but someone must be able to design something??

I was at a swingers social in a "vanilla" pub a few months ago, and I was wearing a leopard-skin thong that Nicky had bought me (since I'm usually up for trying something new.) As we walked out, the rather attractive barmaid made a funny comment about my thong showing over my jeans - and it really made my day!
Like Shark I often feel that it is comparatively easy for a woman to do something to make herself look more sexually enticing than normal - but it is much more difficult for a man! You girls can show a little more cleavage or wear a short skirt or show different bits of skin or whatever, but what can a guy do? I think maybe that the buzz I got from the barmaid's comments came from the fact that I felt I had managed to make myself look just a little bit sexier or more available LOL!

I enquired of a neighbour once about a towel covering some tasty trendy knickers one year. 'Oh its our Spanish student, staying with us. She's doesn't like to have her knickers seen!'

I wear strings and low rise jeans and when you sit, there is nothing worse than seeing big pants in my opinion - its not a fashion fad or deliberate flash as others have stated, purely a coincidence with what i wear. But i would draw the line at wedges lol

I agree to a point with jaymar about the clothes too small thing, nothing more off-putting, the same goes for thongs/strings - a tip for the ladies when it comes to them - buy 2 sizes bigger than your normal wink

As for the "what are you wearing?" in chat, i have now come to the conclusion that if i say "fluffy slippers n dressing gown" they still don't believe it.

I have to admit I'm a bit of a panty fan, i find myself taking a glimpse up a girls skirt if the oppertunity is there. Personally I find myself very turned on by a girl wearing blue denim skirts and white knickers, always have, always will i guess. To me seeing a woman in sexy undies and that also includes clothing in general is all part off the what attracts me.
I don't think its a facination or obsession its just what i find attractive in general.
If it means nothing why spend so much chosing the garments we want or why wear anything at all other than to cover up and if thats the case why choose one brand/color over another or have brands/colors full stop confused
