Not so common I guess, but I am in England, Guildford to be exact and I have a Kily with all the trimmings, sporan, belt, socks shoes, jacket.....
I am known to wear it for the most suitable occasion, but not yet in a swinging context. Anyone can ask... but I don't put it on for just anyone you know
