Men looking after themselves

I know some may think that this is sad and maybe a little bit over the top, but I am really one for looking after myself, brushing and flossing regularly, moisturisering at night before bed and moisturisering well after shaving.
Is this something that is because more acceptable now? For men to look after themselves?

i think it is way more acceptable for guys to take more care of themselves bit of clensing n toning is great wether ya guy or gal
the media pressures us all to try and stay more youthfull looking i know i recently after a friend mentioned she was having a botox party started looking at every little line and crease thinking ooooo should i (i decided not in the end maybe net decade though ya never know)
so whatever ya gender ya bound to think twice about skin care regimes well unless ya mr B who would never in a million years moisturise but then i can never get him to put sun cream on either well only after sun whilst i'm going "i told you so" i have toyed with applying whilst he is sleeping lol

I think it is great that more men are starting to take care of themselves. I know beauty comes from within but it doesnt hurt to give the outside a helping hand whether yr male or female.

There is a great differentce between looking after what you have and trying to maintain (or fake) youthful dewiness.
Skin works so much better when it isn't dry and cracked. There are loads of sensible reasons to look after our outsides. OK, looking less haggared is a happy side-effect. biggrin

Looking after our insides helps the outsides too. Plenty of sleep, water and veg. All go towards a healthy 'you' and a we're programmed to find a healthy looking person more attractive than someone who looks half-way to dead.
