Well we have just had the most amazing weekends curtosy of SH friends ( chams and birthday parties etc etc ) .
Anyway Friday night at Chams we had taken ID with us and I wanted to see what MartellNotts middle name was on his passport which he sulkily showed me - wont tell you what it was but he did not want me to know what is was     lol
So now I always wanted a middle name but no one gave me one  ( well they have but not a middle name )
So have you got a problem with people klnowing your middle name? is it an embarrassment to you or is it just that MartellNotts is an embarrassment lol lol lol
hmmm well ONE of mine is Simon which is stunningly dull and the other...well I'm not telling ..it's far to unique to share!!
Wonders....hmm can you change your middle name by deed poll? Something like 'Hercules' has got a ring to it :-)
My parents were cruel to the point of insanity and gave me the middle name of Laramie, as in "the man from Laramie". But just first name can be a problem my sister went to school with a girl called Henrietta Bird. (think about it). confused:

Are you saying I'm an embarresment - or just my middle name -
I told you that it shouldnt leak out - my middle name that is hehehehehe but hell - what of it - its not as if it's Peregrine or Tarquin (god - I've just realised the Ronald isn't as embarresing as it seems I guess)
Now a middle name for Corrie - Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm
There are several names that spring to mind - but are they printable
How about Bet !!! (to go with the Corrie bit ?) or elongating that to Betty (oh a touch of Pauline Fowler's dog in Eastenders there) nope neither of those two fit
Lil - hmmmmm has a certain ring to it
Nope - I'm going to be really kind here and suggest Helen ( as in "of Troy" fame) - the face that launched a thousand ships apparently !!!! - well god Bless her and all who sail in her lol lol lol lol lol lol lol
I think I should go now - Maybe !!!!! bolt
I have a middle name - then later on being a good catholic innocent I was confirmed so was then given yet another name! My middle name is Bernadette (hence my nickname Bernie) and my confirmation name is Marguerita. I have five sisters and we all had middle names then later on confirmation names - I can just about remember their first names
I will have a think about a middle name for you Corrie and get back to you wink
Glad you had a good weekend biggrin
Me too fembernie. My original middle name is Eileen - which I hate cos everyone sings THAT song...
My confirmation name is Catherine. Had to do a project on her and everything
I don't use my full first name, but as for my second name it just doesn't seem to suit me besides I think my family were stuck for names when they named my generation my middle name is the same as my dads, my grandads my brothers is the same as my grandads middle name my cousins are named after great uncles or greta grandads can you sense a pattern here. Looking at it all now it would seem we only have a half dozen or so male names in our familly and share em around us all confused
I was chuffed to bits when my daughter was born (first female in 3 generations or more) and I could finally break the cycle lol

I was in school with a boy who's surname is Titt  Needless to say he went through years of hell. Kids are cruel bastards :giggle:
Corrie - am still thinking of a middle name for you. In the meantime I was thinking that my 2nd and 3rd names should be changed to Pinot and Grigio lol
I can't believe you posted this rotflmao :rotflmao: :rotflmao:
Sorry Martell, I didn't mean to laugh my head off at 'Ronald' redface
As for a middle name for Corrie, how about Thandiwe. Which means The Loving One in African confused
p.s. Did you find any dogging on the way home? :lol2: :lol2:
Mines Arthur and like sheedy mentioned it's a hand me down name.
I have two and they are both horrendous (archaic etc and no, I'm not gonna tell you all :shocksmile , the only thing that stops me changing them is that they are inherited names and I just can't bear to do it. My brother got the same treatment as me and I'm just glad that both of us left Catholic schooling before confirmation otherwise we would both have had 4 names, which is a tad excessive!
I have a friend who ALWAYS signs his name using his middle initial, R J Searle; never occured to me why until a mutual friend point out the obvious. (and if you are like me.... lose the J and say the name out loud....)
newt xx
I've a double barrelled first name and so no official middle name, although Elizabeth was adopted as a middle name somewhere in my younger years as a memory to an Aunt, but I've never used it as a proper middle name!
Cx
My middle name is Anne
And Tony's is Sidney :giggle:
Shaz x

So we are going to go dogging soon hahahahahahahaha
any way I am starting to love Ronald lol
When i had my graduation i didnt write my middle name because i was embarrased to have it read out. Spoke to the guy sitting next to me about it and he said it wasnt his middle name he was worried about...Turned out he was called Chris Dick!!!!!
I seriously got lucky on the "middle name" stake.... what can i say... 2 sensible yet funky parents...... 2 middle name... still not telling you them though...smile:):)
Mine's james, after the guy my mum lost her virginity to!
i have two, one is Robert, one is the surname of my so called father, so dont use it, i really should change it by deed poll i guess
i have a bit of a silly middle name, really don't think i'm brave enough to share with you all but i will say this.....thank fuck i wasn't born in october :lol2:
I have a double barrelled first name and I do like it, so no middle name. That's kinda lucky as my sister got a middle name and she hates it, so I'm glad I didn't end up with the same problem!
Like Fembernie and Silverblu I was brought up to be a (?good?) Catholic girl and so was confirmed at 11 and chose the name Cecilia.......but I never bother about that.

Dawn - I dont think spitting your drink halfway across Chams can be classed as laughing you head off !!!! - lol lol lol
As for the dogging - nope we didnt - mind you its hard to when your driving along the main dual carrigeway between B'ham and Cov - and when we did see cars stopped they were at traffic lights - hey ho- better luck next time
