Why, when I asked a moderator for help, she did nothing that would have certainly ended with a ban for me if I had acted in the same way? How come there are rules for cpls and fems but not for guys? Is that fair????

TO say i did nothing is a downright understatement preston i take that as a insult i tried to help you as i do with most nicks you would not listen and you have have come here in a childish manner i for one will not help you anymore .

I can assure you that there aren't different rules in the chatroom for couples or fems than there are for the guys. If everybody follows the rules then there isn't a problem.
I've seen part of the conversation that you had with Lips_uk and yes she was trying to help you. You need to bear in mind two things:
1. Anyone on the starchat server can send a private message to anyone else on the starchat server if they know their nickname. They don't need to be in the swinging Heaven chatroom to do it, they just need to be on the server.
2. If we have problems of this nature then we have to approach the starchat moderators to sort it out. If we have to approach the starchat moderators then we need all of the relevant information, it's no good to us if you get impatient and decide that we aren't doing our job properly and decide to go off on one.
We're here to help and we're happy to help everyone, males/females/couples/hump backed whales, everyone, but we need you guys to be a bit more specific with the details at times and occasionally show a little bit of patience.
