i have met 6 of the mods and the are a cool bunch
the bark a lot but only bite when they have to
ps u can even get away with giving a mod a kicking after a munch lol and get away with it (well i did it is not advised though)

No, the original Mods were appointed by Mark and others have been added as some left. Mods are nominated by other Mods and then we huddle round a table drinking wine and debating until we can send up the white smoke once we have all agreed. Though I do think we should change to green smoke.

Yeh, yeh, yeh! All that and more.
We do try really hard to maintain impartiality - seriously. It's sometimes difficult but the number of Mods and the variety of personalities makes life so much simpler. We can 'opt out' if impartiality is in dispute.
