Having been in the unenviable position of being an OP for several years I know just how much of a thankless task it can be but the Mods and OP's know there are lots of people out there who appreciate the work they do. It's always nice to hear that you are appreciated though so I will add my worship

Yes I have chatted to all of the Old Mods and Op's, but there seem to be a few new ones,but am sure they have heard of me. lol

But yes this site would turn into anarchy without them, and yes they do not get paid, and take a lot of shite at times.
I would like to say a Happy Christmas to them all.

Think i'll add my three apence worth as well. To all the mods and ops you are all worth ya weight in gold so huuuuuuge thanks for what can often be a thankless "job"
Oh and not forgetting admin as well - they've helped me out more than once or twice this year so thanks guys and girls

Those that know me, know I'm not sane (in the typical sense of the word at least :shock: )
However, I'll echo the sentiments posted here, and thank everyone (and I mean everyone) who has welcomed me back to the Community - it's cold and lonely out there in the "real world" you know :scared:

I feel we should be able to sample the delights of Mod and Op and Admin on a regular basis - to keep up standards. I am willing to sacrfifice many evenings to the pursuit of excellence among our support staff.
We could become Ofswing. Bit like Ofsted but our investigations are MUCH more in depth. biggrin
