Money back offer

I have added Alex_Female to my car insurance...............and the premium went down :shock: They are sending me a refund in the post lol

She now claims the money is hers as it was her name that reduced the premium. She says it should go into the "Alex's Principals (clothes shopping) Fund".
It is my insurance but who should get the money?

You'd have to be pretty stingy not to at least share it with her - take her out for a decent meal, concert, theatre, swinger's hotel weekend or something imaginative. Surprise her.... would be my vote.

You should keep the money to one side Dave , it'll pay the excess on the first claim when the " mysterious stranger " backs into your car while its in the carpark at Tesco's . While Alex is inside and not driving of course :-) wink

If you had bought the insurance including both of you originally, you would have paid whatever the going rate was. Personally I'd be inclined to charge her half that amount.
