Morning, afternoon, or nite.. anytime the little fella wants it (all the time) its time.
Besides, i have told my employees that the ONLY excuse accepted for being late is that the missus MADE them late for work due to household duties...
That said I think that the man should have some consideration for the lady and if she doesnt want it - respect that wish. Now saying that if the woman cares bout the man, then once in a while she should give in and really shag his brains out in the morning. Hey.. its a give and take world.
Not saying that this is for everyone but its my opinion.. having women that want it in the morning as much as me and then having the other side I have learned to be very tolerant of their wishes.
Basically I am happy anytime I get shagged.

Mornings I'm the horniest. But afternoon sex is pretty good and so's evening sex if yer not too pissed. Night sex is good if you haven't managed to fit any in during the morning, afternoon and evening.
