mine is that song ' i know him so well'... does anyone remember that one?
Is that the one from the musical, Chess, sung by Elaine Piage and Barbara Dickson?
Oh no, guess what..... I really like that song too! I sang it for an audition for college once!
I'm now thinking that I have really bad taste in music! I haven't, i haven't, and I went to Kylie this week and she was wonderful!

That's the one!! the truth is I absoluteely loved it when i was 13... I thought i was dead matured for being able to relate to that song... thinking that it was all noble and crap like that.... thinking back, it sounded like catgut being stretched and pinged by a twig...

Any song which makes it to No. 1 or even in the Top 1000,000,000 lists on a Sunday, which has anything to do with any of these Reality based 'Lets find our next money-maker' shows.. truly hate them!!
And sexyboy4, theres an easy solution to your problem... SMASH the Sinead O'Connor CD up!!! lol (For those who are thinking 'Gosh, he is extremely violent!!', Im only joking... lol)

If you have ever listened to joy division, then it has to be Atmosphere. (Walk in silence.................)
But, as far as bitter sweet goes, Love Will Tear Us Apart. What an amazing song and still is amazing after 25 years.
I was only seven when it was released.
Am I getting old?????????????????????????????????????????

Joy Division......no contest.
'In a Lonely Place'...written by them, recorded as New Order because Curtis killed himself before JD could do it. The bleakest, darkest song. Only 'Faith' by The Cure comes close.

Another vote for Joy Division. Sadness.
Johnny Cash - Hurt

Against All Odds by Phil Collins

Couldn't help myself - Patrick Bateman, American Psycho:
"Christy, get down on your knees so Sabrina can see your ass. Phil Collins' solo career seems to be more commercial and therefore more satisfying, in a narrower way. Especially songs like In the Air Tonight and, uh, Against All Odds. Sabrina, don't just stare at it, eat it."

Does anyone know the Black Sabbath track that starts with the sound of rain and then the church bell tolling. I think it's called Black Sabbath.......but Christ is that depressing!!!
Also Iron Maiden's 'Hallowed Be Thy Name'.
Anyone spotted I was a headbanger in my youth?!!!

Hmmm...yes, first track, first album by Sabbath. But I wouldn't say it was depressing, just atmospheric and dramatic.
Must say I love 'Hurt', originally written by Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails, from their album 'The Downward Spiral'.

Ok, heres what to do (a little helpful tip which I learned on a PC Course..)...
You disconnect all of the PC's cables and wires (wouldnt want you to damage your wall socket..) after making sure the PC is switched off so as not to damage any programms she may have installed, pick it up (careful to lift with your knees so as not to damage your back..), open the window (call out charges to get your window fixed are extortionate these days..) and then...
chuck it out of said window, grinning and waiting in anticipation until you hear 'Crash, Bamm, Walloppp!!!'!! lol
If you live on the ground floor, another technique Ive known to be just as effective and reccomended by all the latest PC magazines... is the old sledge hammer! lol
Trust me.. Im handy with PC's, it'll work! lol
