Well I really am surpassing myself for the numpty award of the year me thinks
My car went in for an MOT today and my darling mechanic of over 20 yrs aquaintance (and as vanilla as they come) came and took the car away for me last night so he could get it into the garage early.
So you say whats the problem ... my problem is
I LEFT A FULL PACK OF CONDOMS IN THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT :crazy:
Sweating buckets now that no one opens it up and finds them there
DD (panic attack button well and truly pressed today)

I don't think you have anything to worry about, most MOT places don't look in the glove compartment, and if they did, I think I'd be more worried if they'd found an empty pack in there wink

Could have been worse, could have left u.................., no. It's lunchtime. Not appropriate to mention used condoms on the back seat.

Well - if he greets you with a big smile and says it's passed - even though the exhaust is falling off and the brakes don't work - you can safely assume he found them.

I used to be the site manager of a car valeting company years ago, and we found all sorts of things in customers cars. Condoms, naughty pics, sex toys, underwear etc.
Was it a packet of 3, or a bulk pack of 144 DD??? lol

The glove box is the same.... stashed with lube and condoms. No-body said anything.

I have mentioned my ex wife on another post - she didn't like porn when we first got married (but I managed to convert her onto that at least, eventually!)
Having had at least one cache at home discovered, I kept my porn mag collection in the boot of my car, on top of the spare wheel. Forgot about it until I went to a Quickfit place to have the tyres checked and replaced. DOH!!!

You may find one carefully fitted over the gear stick to keep the grease off - just like those seat covers they use.

I once did the same with a pair of dirty, rather stained knickers, left them in the car when it went into the garage. Dissapointingly they were still there when i collected it ,though the mechanic did give me an odd look!!

I think that a half empty pack is more incriminating than a full one, after all it could be something you brought to take home and forgot about. A half empty one leads to questions in a certain type of mind as to where it got half emptied ;)

Phew well all is well ... mechanic never gave me any funny looks although he did stand half way down the garden path from me in the dark :shock:
Am I really that scarey ..... MOT done .. car returned .. condoms in glove compartment so all it well :happy:
