Mrs BB been taken off life support today. Just got told so thought i would share the good news with you all.

What good news.
We are both really pleased to hear things are improving although, I am sure, it will be 1 step at a time.
My brain has been in its usual overtime mode and I was thinking..............
When I was very poorly a couple of years ago a certain member on this site was organising a party.
Unbeknown to me he held it in my honour and money was raised so I could have additional rehabilitation.
Now there was a party this past weekend, down south, that makes a profit.
How about using the profit to put towards something really special for Mr and Mrs BB (as they have gone through hell over the past year at least)and the rest going to their nominated charity.
I am sure people would feel they then have helped towards something beneficial.
What do people think?

Thanks to everyone for their kind words, i have sent a get well card on behalf of sh members to let them both know we are thinking of them. As far as i know Mrs BB is still to weak to have an operation but hopefully she will be well enough to have it soon. I will keep you posted on her progress.

I have met Tina and Ian and they are a lovely couple. Would have left a comment here earlier but have been away and not near a computer.
All I can do is hope and pray like everyone else that Tina is well again soon, and smiling the same way she did when last we met.

Sorry i havent been around much ( too busy working) but the good news is that Mrs BB seems to be on the mend. All going well she could be home this Friday, fingers crossed.
