Well I am sitting here bored as usual and as my mind wonders on all the things I am missing out on I thought about music.
So come on folks what music do you like when your in bed? Do you like swing when your swinging, Rock when the beds rocking, Pop when you just can't stop or do you just like a bit of Jazz?
Come on and join me in my midnight wonderings.

Well Id better say what I like I guess. Norah Jones is nice to relax qand play too.

this all depends on my mood, right now its ben jelen and edison arthur cuz i just saw them in boston and i am still quite hyper over it, but it could be anything from hanson to a1 to slipknot, its all a mood thing.

Norah jones now theres some memories
Norah Batty now THERES some memories lol!
It's got to be smooth and sexy like Enigma, John Martyn or just some ambient background music
It totally depends on my frame of mind! Sometimes it just happens to be be whatever is in the CD player - which can be intersting! I don't really think about it too much but if I do get a chance to plan ahead my selections would be:
Something like Keith Jarrett if I'm feeling romantic and loving.
Something like a Chill Out CD if I'm feeling naughty but nice!
Something like a Sould Legends CD if I'm feeling fun.
Something like a Dance/Trance CD if I'm feeling energetic.
Something like a Radiohead CD if I'm feeling kinky! :rascal:
The list goes on.....
Ministry magazine had a top ten of things not to listen to in bed. Their number one was "Come To Daddy" by Aphex Twin, which I can see some BDSM people really getting into! "20 Seconds To Comply" and "Bohemian Rhapsody" were also on the list.
I have released songs and mentioned to someone that I'd like to be on that list one day... to which they replied that I was already at the top of their list...
Goldfrapp have an album named Black Cherry. I don't know how they do it, but somehow the music really carries a sexual energy for us. Amazing!

I think it has to be Pink Floyd no matter what mood I am in or whether I am resting or having fun.
Well a couple of tunes i've obtained recently have been
Holosync - a "Zen" set of audio tracks designed to relax the mind by increasing levels of brain waves
Coheed & Cambria - The Suffering
Nice combo eh?
Is no-one going to mention Barry White?

I guess the answer to this is as infinite as people's musical and sexual tastes. smile
We like a bit of dark, almost ambient electro (try Claro Intelecto, Andy Stott...) - there's something about the low-end thrum.

Also, Satoshi Tomiie's Global Underground CDs are superb - deep, sensual progressive house. Nu Breed 9 is a stormer - nothing too flailing or clubby, more rich and erotic.
I like your taste in music there kittenbear

Oh now that is brilliant - just made for some serious trancy BDSM play
Thanks

Why, thank ye mam! smile
More excellent fuck-music:
- Sasha 'Involver' (sultry progressive house)

- Air 'Premiers Symptomes' (languid, French-flecked downtempo)

- Tosca 'Suzuki' (bit dinner party, but ace for a bit of easy-on-the-ear background pulse - you can practically smell the joss-sticks)

- Ten And Tracer 'An Hour Brighter' (trippier, like Boards Of Canada only less psychedelic, more beatier)

- Susumu Yokota 'Sakura' (gorgeous, Japanese downtempo - incredibly textured, with lots of striptease-friendly rolling beats smile)

- Kruder & Dorfmeister - The K&D Sessions (beautifully mixed slowburn dub, little bit of a hip-hop tang)

- Sasha & John Digweed - Northern Exposure III: Expeditions (brilliantly escalating prog house mix, starts dreamy and slowly builds up to frantic)

I could go on all day. :)
Hey - what say I knock up a mix? Would anyone download/listen? biggrin
