the cure, any good merengue song, skunk anansie, most classics from the 80's, lou reed (walk on the wild side, good for walking AND for the bedroom;) although there you might not want to use your ipod), anything light, with a decent rythm and that has a general feelgood vibe should do the trick
but if you plan to walk around town like this do call..because I want to see it :giggle:

Good merengue songs? Who by? Any recommendations? I listen to an online Latin music radio, but it is just tracks, no details.
Cheers :rose:

IMO... the ONLY music to listen to when your walking or excercising is dance/house music... because of the constant , steady beat.....
i can give you the addy of a free download site.... a definate must!!!

This is perfect on both counts biggrin

 Spot on - it'll keep yer muff in trim as well.
I'm not sure I'm qualified to suggest music - Lenny Kravitz?? dunno
Nola - have you got one of those velcrow elasticated strappy thingies to attach yer iPod to your arm. I was told you have to have one if you're (!FB) going to exercise. I bought one - haven't used it yet....

Let me know if any good AC. Ta kiss
Hmmmmm, daft but pick whatever you are into.
However arctic monkeys, Foo fighters, Rocky theme and Rocky 5 running in snow in russia(got the song havent a clue what it is!) bit of dance(ages so quickley),
Lost Prophets,Queen.
I try to seperate my fav upbeat songs with a few normal ones what have my fancy at the time, then when out walking/jogging you always have a pickmeup every 8 to 10 mins or so to spur you on
Really must update mine as I've got some total crap on it atm!
