Music to swing to...

Hi all,
Pink has tasked me with compiling some background music for when we get together for meets. Now this has got me thinking about getting a good selection on CD... and I thought the best way to collect a definitive list is to ask everyone on SH!
In your experience, what music (singles or albums) have you found sets the right mood to accompany an evenings activity with like minded people?
Perhaps we could start with anything by Sade (maybe considered a little too smoothe for a swinging occasion?)
Or the single Rosé by The Feeling? (off their album 12 Stops and Home)?
Or some sort of bump 'n' grind music...? :happy:
Open to any suggestions!
Oh, and apologies if it has been posted here before....

speaking for ourselves we like to listen to
1. george michael's debut solo album - FAITH
- lots of sensual slow tracks with just enough of an upbeat tempo to get us into the mood.
2 robbie williams - pretty much any of his albums will do ('cept the latest one - rudebox - wat a crock!)
they all seem to have lots of slower numbers to smooch to and then some lively funfilled tracks to get us up and going for some fun ourselves

Ok its gotta be a bit of 'Barry White for me. His voice well it just says, get Down get dirty, dont cha think.
Hmmm not so sure about 'tubular bells as mentioned earlier but hey! what ever floats yer boat. Aint that the truth. Yeah i can see Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks voice doing it for swingers big time.
Howabout some AC/DC 'touch too much' or 'Whole lot of Rosie' can see that going down( i know i know 'going down' I just read it back and thought the same biggrin

) well at a social/munch etc maybe.
As for sade well its got to be good for mood aint it,. talk about horny music! good call BluenPink.
what about a bit of country n western for our dogger buddies something like 'Convoy' (and, apparently its a great big one. Ooooeeeerrrr mrs)

I'm just listening to Massive Attack this morning and reckon it'd be really good stuff to swing to!
Good strong rhythmic beats with a rise and fall and rise again to a crescendo in most tracks.

Hey,
Thanks for the help so far, not sure about the Hokey Kokey though! Is it the "in out shake it all about" that floats your boat? lol

George Michael defo, his album "Ladies and Gentlemen" is pure smoothe class, and certainly the CD "for the heart" one that can be called upon to do the business.
I was thinking more along the lines of some really sexy background music to put on when getting down to the steamy stuff, one I found recently is Beyonce and Naughty Girl, that one can be pretty damn sexy to set the mood....
Does anyone else have any good tracks that will guarantee to complement an evening of swinging activity? Go on, don't be shy (as if you lot need to be asked!!!!)
