i wouldn't meet him nor replied with his attitude
we may all be looking to have fun (sex) but we are a people with feelings and our own personal life's
although i also am a newbie, i hope i will always respect people for who they are and i would hope they would respect me, in the forum, chatroom or in a private PM or when meeting them but i have learnt a lesson when i put my ad in! you can't answer them all so only answer those that fit into what you are asking/looking for and who have been respectable to you in their replies! it didn't take me long to work out that some are not quite truthful and i hope i don't make the mistake of meet them!
this young man is but one and although there are a few more out there like him ...........they are not all alike, there are a lot of nice men out there and hopefully some of us may get to meet them!

My opinion, for what it's worth... if you're going to meet anyone on spec, be they singles, couples, male, female, whatever, you have to either be telepathic and a perfect judge of character or take your chances that the people you meet will be compatible. If someone won't meet you socially for drinks and a chat, I don't think that's worth losing any sleep over and there's certainly no point getting angry about it... just tell them you prefer to do it your way and move on.
Some people want a shag and nothing else and they want it right now, others prefer to get to know you first... gender and marital status are not a factor, this applies to single women and couples too. Why waste your time having a pop at people whose modus operandi doesn't suit you? They are perfectly entitled to want to do things their way just as you are entitled to your preferred way of doing things. I think your time would be better spent cultivating friendships with people who are compatible rather than getting upset about people who are not.

i agree with you not wanting to meet him as he didnt show respect for your wishes to meet for a drink first which i cannot understand. however before any meets i think that both parties should "be honoured" that the other would like to meet with them, as meeting up is obviously for the benefit of everyone involved. if this is the case, then respect and appreciation will be mutual and everybody will feel comfortable
that my take on it anyway!
