it`s hard to get a babysitter so for us 2 try 2 set up something like a social meet /quiet getting to know u drink ...........
mike `ll drink a pint of lager shandy all night as he drives
but they`d rather just have a quick one
like to meet up with guys for a social drink 1st & see how we get on
dawn

Having had the opportunity to play both as a couple and a single guy, i'd say single guys are often made to feel like they are being done a favour. That is so wrong. Like couples, single guys also make huge sacfrices. They travel long distances, they pay huge amounts just to get into clubs, they take time off work and they put up with a lot of bad attitude by some couples. However, i'll say the guy should have accepted the social drinks offer because that was a perfect opportunity for him to get to know you better. Btw, forget about him and have fun!. smile
Cheers!

I understand your frustrated, but to be honest I don't see that this guy has done anything particularly wrong. dunno
OK I personally wouldn't arrange a meet to play with someone before I'd met them socially, but that's just my personal preference.
If someone's doesn't want to meet socially, then that's their choice too - it's not rude it's just a difference of opinion.
