I have placed an ad that is as open and honest as I can be... I hope it appeals to a few ladies....

OK, not bad, but I personally wouldn't reply cos you're straight, and even if you weren't I wouldn't reply cos you don't say what sort of action you're after 
That's not a massive problem, but you must remember that if someone is just flicking through the shed loads of ads on the system, the clearest ones will get the responses. Having said that, anything too explicit will put some folks off :? . You can't win with evereyone..... 
Other than that, it seems OK. At least it's in proper sentences, which is one up on lots of ads!

The thing that came to my mind as I was reading your ad was "are you married?" I think it was the hotel bar reference that did it; it conjures up images of illicit meetings and passionate affairs. (And overpriced lemonade.) Maybe that's just me...
It's a powerful image either way; I wouldn't take it out.

Now I think you have made a stirling effort for your first add. It's so much better than the usual "I've got a large todger do U wanna suck my bellend baby" kind of add.
You come across as a sensitive, intelligent and imaginative guy. So what if you don't explicity state certain things in your add. You seem to invite women to embark on an negotiated sexual adventure where almost anything is possible.
I mean FFS can us guys never get it right! One the one hand being too up front and explcit or on the other hand too subtle and suggestive (as in your case D&H).
Come on girls give us YOUR opinion on what YOU want to see in adverts! I'd really like to know?
