For me personally a face pic( if youre brave enough) is nice, but can always be sent via direct e-mail after first contact, if you dont want your face in a public ad.
Willy pics- essential- but as previously mentioned take a decent one! Right light, trimmed as necessary and ideally, erect! ( ooh whos a big boy!)

I agree, why is it men always say they are really well-endowed and then when you meet them or they send a picture they're not well-endowed at all......
