Hiya, I am deeply dissapointed in the reaction and response towards my postings and sent emails on the site. I personally have sent out 36 emails, 13 of them have been read and only two replies (saying "no thanks") rolleyes

. I did not expect any miracles but in the same breath I did not expect to bassically be ignored :cry: . Two new guys "bluenose" and myself are of the same feeling I belive, that it is turning out to be a waste of time :shock: . Maybe we are doing something wrong! I would appreciate a guiding hand if it is possible from someone who is more experienced in this site smile

Just read your previous posts and can see why you might not have got a very positive response - they are mostly negative aren't they? ie gripes, queries about your pictures.
You've not been on here long - give it time. With regard to the sent emails, I don't think you can realistically expect to get answers to all of them - many couples/singles simply do not have the time to respond to all the emails and private messages they receive. You are, unfortunately, in the biggest group of people - single males - and not in demand as much as single females or couples.

:welcome: to the forum.
Firstly I would bear in mind the number of single guys there are in this site.
If you went into a pub and there were 150 guys & 3 women, it's a preyty safe bet that not all the guys are going to get a shag that night.
The site has a number of ways for people to get noticed e.g. ads, chatroom, forum & site munches & social events, but the reality is there are always going to be more men looking than there are females or couples.
If you're willing to stick with it & put the effort in then great. If you're looking to just get laid in the next week by sending out a few dozen emails/pms this may not be the best place to find it.

damn damn ..... I had to work so hard to get my first quick shag... and I even had to speak to the woman too.... I can't believe it. I have a voucher. ?? I coulda used that and it would have saved months of talking and getting to know what she wanted and agreeing stuff... Not least all the P.M.s with people that it turned out had different expectations from me......what a waste of my bloody time they were.:roll:

It's a bit like this mate - either your face fits or it doesn't. Unless your prepared to bugger about in chat rooms and join in with all the clique activity in clubs, agree with all the "good" people in the forums etc then your wasting your time. We've found that out through bitter experience ....

Well, sorry we have to work and don't have the chance to send as many posts as you obviously do. Maybe we are just quite good judges of a particular situation and yes the face has to fit and people have to conform on this site and any other site of this type or they simply get nowhere.

We can all sit here and give advice, but we can all only advise on what worked for us, and everyone is different.
Scandal mentioned his way of 'using' the site and it obviously works for him. FB mentions her prefered way, and again, that is obviously working for her, but that is because in both instances, they have been prepared to put in a bit of effort.
That effort can be either posting loads of stuff on here, so that people get to know them, spending time doing a really good and interesting profile which shows some thing about the person (and not just their sexual likes/dislikes), attending socials, joining in the Chat Room etc. etc. etc. These are only a few examples, but I am sure I can say that anyone who says this place worked for them have not just sent a dozen or so messages and expected a positive reply from all of them :shock:
There is no magic formula that anyone can give, and we can all say that this site works, or this site is shite, or do this, or do that. BUT we can all only tell you about our own experiences, and at the end of the day, you will only get from what you put in and anything that is good always takes a bit off effort. wink
