There's nothign wrong with imagining her with another guy, as long as you're sure you can hack it if and when it actually happens. My experience is limited (but not zero) in these respects, and it's been ok for me so far, but sometimes these things can be difficult to work out (although of course I bow to the experience of everyone else here, being a total newbie and what). Though I would say, if you have the opportunity to get to know someone - whether a couple or a single person - that can make all the difference. Once you know them, most of the awkwardness can disappear.
