As a newbie too, i would say sit back, read the threads, dont forget to look at the stickys and the rules, and take things slowly! there are a lot of really nice people here who in time would love to meet you.
Get the feel of the place before you Jump in" there are some here who will eat you alive if you take liberties!!
just try to get to know people, add to the threads when you have something to say, be polite, act here as you would if this was a face to face meeting place. This isnt the chatroom, but can at times be similar.
