The socials would not be like a formal munch as we were thinking of limiting the numbers and will try to ensure a mix of people i.e. singles, couples etc.
As Fabio has said above, before we do go out and arrange these events it would be nice to know if any of the regulars would be willing to help out by coming along and answering questions, and also if there is enough interest from the newer members to make it a worthwile event.
Sounds good to the Husky's. Somewhere we could get a drink and have a chat in a relaxed atmosphere? Bowling would fit that bill.

yeah we have so many questions about swinging clubs and how to go about it etc etc ... but dont want to look naive or daft!!
It sounds a good idea to us - even though weve been on this site since march, we still havent been to any munches or socials... (we admit, were a bit scared!) Would give us a really good opportunity to meet people.
Basicallly like.....
"central port of call in each town."...... hey we could become the new WI
HB dont mention the WI , had issues withthem on the site ages ago lol

Ps I missed putting my name down for the Bristol one! typical eh? Miss out on one near me!
Well, two replies to the original posting from the west country so far makes this sound promising to this newbie.
As a singleton, meeting real people (both new and experienced) in a relaxed atmosphere sounds like a fabulous idea. A real ice-breaker!
